What is Art Therapy?
Art therapy can offer a way to explore what you're experiencing through art making. In art therapy, the focus is more on the process of making art. You don't need to have any previous experience with art making to engage in art therapy. As an art therapist, I don't interpret the art but I may ask questions and support you in your learning about your art. If you're interested in learning more about art therapy, please feel free to reach out to me!

The group covers all of the main DBT skills in 20 weeks and also integrates a compassionate understanding of trauma and emotion regulation challenges.

Update: Group is full. Please reach out to info@emotionwise.ca to learn about future groups.
