About Katy

My path into counselling and art therapy grew from a genuine love of listening to  others from working at a non‑profit where I had the privilege of supporting people living with mental health challenges. Art has been a meaningful thread in my life since childhood, and creative expression along with counselling has helped me gain deeper insight into myself and my own experiences.

For nearly 20 years, I have been fortunate to have worked with people who have had diverse life experiences. Some of the life experiences I have supported people with include trauma, anxiety, depression, psychosis, borderline personality disorder (BPD), eating disorders, relationship issues, substance use issues, perfectionism, grief and loss, perinatal mental health and caregiver burnout.
