Welcome.

If you're here, you may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress or burnout, disconnected from yourself, or finding it difficult to move forward despite wanting things to change.

Beginning therapy is a courageous step. While it can be deeply rewarding, it's also natural to feel vulnerable, uncertain, or even a little scared.

My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we'll explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you, helping you gain insight and move toward the meaningful changes you want in your life.

Trauma

Life Transitions

Major life changes can affect every aspect of your well-being, leaving you feeling unsettled. Whether you're adjusting to a career change, becoming a parent, starting college or university, retiring, moving to a new community, experiencing divorce or separation or navigating a health challenge, you don't have to face these transitions alone.

Healing from trauma is a deeply personal and non-linear journey. Exploring how past experiences have shaped your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and sense of self can help you develop greater self-understanding and compassion, build a greater sense of grounding and safety, and move toward feeling more empowered and whole.

Trauma

Grief & Loss

Emotion Regulation

Experiencing strong emotions can feel confusing, powerless and overwhelming. Counselling can help you create greater safety and confidence with connecting to your emotions.

Relationship/Family Issues

Relationships can bring connection, joy, and support, but they can also be a source of conflict, hurt, and uncertainty.  Whether you’re feeling disconnected, stuck in recurring conflict, or simply wanting to strengthen your relationship(s), therapy can help you move toward greater understanding, connection, and communication.

Grief & Loss

Grief is a very personal experience that can touch every aspect of your life. While often associated with the death of a loved one, grief can also arise from the loss of a relationship, a significant life change, or changes in your health, identity, or hopes for the future. Having a compassionate space where your grief can be witnessed, understood, and supported can help you navigate the healing process and find a way forward.

Identity, Self-Esteem & Self-Worth Issues

Exploring your identity, self-esteem, and sense of self-worth can help you develop a stronger understanding and acceptance of who you are. Counselling can offer a non-judgmental space to explore self-doubt, limiting beliefs, and the experiences and expectations that may shape how you see yourself

Eating Disorders

If you're struggling with an eating disorder, you may feel caught in patterns that are difficult to change and overwhelming to face on your own. In counselling, support to explore the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may be contributing to these struggles can help you to take steps towards change.

Reproductive Mental Health

Reproductive mental health counselling can offer support through the emotional challenges of fertility, pregnancy loss, pregnancy, and the transition into parenthood. It provides space to process uncertainty, grief, hope, and the many other complex emotions that can arise during these experiences.

Anxiety, Stress & Burnout

Anxiety, stress, and burnout can leave you feeling stuck, isolated, and emotionally exhausted. Therapy can offer a supportive space to slow down, understand what you’re experiencing and work toward greater balance and emotional well-being.
